As you head to your office holiday party this month, you may feel a bit of nostalgia for the days when Christmas parties were held in the office during the workday. They were relaxed and casual and all about having a good time with coworkers. Today’s corporate celebrations are so far removed from those events that it’s hard to believe the one gave birth to the other.

Many guests will remember that the event is work-related and try to remain formal when stepping into a booth.
