choose your desired decorations and special effects. CoolComment will do the

A: Nope,
it's completely free for you to use and pass on to your friends!
Q: Can I change the skin color of my CoolComment Editor?
A: Yes! Click the "Options" button and choose a fantastic new color for your Editor.
Q: What is the "What's New" button?
A: Clicking this button will present you with updates, new designs and website news straight from our CoolComment.com website.
Q: How can I create my own designed text?
A: Type your text inside the text box and then use the menus to change the font, size and color. You can view your work anytime using the "Preview" option.
Q: What are the available font sizes?
A: You can choose a small, medium and large font. Check out what best fits your comment on the Preview pane.
Q: How can I choose a color for my text?
A: Every font comes with its unique 5 color-pack. Once you choose your font, the color pack will appear on the menu.
Q: I'm done. What's next?
A: Preview your comment once more using the "Full Preview" button. Next, press the "I'm Done!" button and you will see your HTML code.
Q: How can I use the code to show my comment?
A: You
have two options: Copy & paste the HTML code given to you in your
browser, or: Drag and drop the picture from the preview pane to
your browser.
Q: What happens when I click the "Write another Cool Comment" button?
A: After clicking this button, the previous Cool Comment will be deleted so that you can start creating a new one.
Q: How can I change my Cool Comment without deleting it?
A: Simply
click the "Wait! I'm not Done!" button and apply changes to your Cool
Comment.
Q: Can I save the picture to my computer as a favorite?
A: Of course! Click on "Save As" and the
comment will be saved as a favorite to a special folder. Make a collection of
your Cool Comments on your own computer and share them with the world!
Q: How can I load a favorite Cool Comment?
A: Click the "Favorites" button and choose your saved Cool Comment from your Favorites folder.
